Diablo 3 beta stuck updating files Camgirs roqis
After leaving the installer for ~30 minutes, it finally brings up an error stating it could not run the Blizzard agent; This gives me an error code - BLZPTS00007 - which gives me a few more google hits including a seemingly official guide on how to troubleshoot agent issues on Battle.net, however performing the steps listed under 'Advanced Troubleshooting' still hasn't resolved my problem.
How can I get past "Updating setup files..." when reinstalling Diablo 3, and what is error BLZPTS0007?
The Launcher is now happily updating my files as it normally does on a Patch.
and the stench of terror drifts on a bitter wind...

Exe from this folder before it restarts itself in task manager (A DOS window will appear, let it run all the way, it will close itself) Once it finishes, the Launcher will die. Note, I ran Agent.524 first, not sure if that is a pertinent step or not, if it is, insert it before Agent.868.
If this works for you guys can you add it to the forums? Try rebooting the system into 'Safe Mode with Networking' (mash on F8 just before the windows logo comes up). After that, the update will most likely freeze, if it does reboot back to normal mode.
